To get started simply Download latest Tweakware Vpn here, launch the tweakware you installed.

In the tweakware app, tap on Setting at the Top-Right hand, then scroll down to Bundled setting.
Tick use bundled settings
Tap on Select Bundled settings , a new window would pop up containing the list of the settings with the names indicated. Choose NG Etisalat 0.00 then go back and Click on Connect It Will start working as soon as Network Allowed.
